style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">FR<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">Depuis le 19 janvier, L\u00e9o Gillet, artiste peintre et illustrateur, s\u2019est appropri\u00e9 le SAS de Gilbard afin de fournir une exposition haute en couleurs.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">Sa pratique s\u2019inscrit dans un r\u00e9cit fragment\u00e9, ultra color\u00e9 et g\u00e9n\u00e9reux se pr\u00e9sentant sous forme d\u2019illustration, de bande dessin\u00e9e, de sculpture ou encore de tapis. Il tente \u00e0 travers son travail de r\u00e9v\u00e9ler le charme d\u2019une certaine banalit\u00e9 en explorant son environnement et en abordant des th\u00e8mes comme la nature, le folklore, la f\u00eate, la maladresse, le jeu ou encore le kitch.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-size: 16px;\\\"><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">Pour s\u2019emparer du SAS, il a imagin\u00e9 et cr\u00e9\u00e9 un passe t\u00eate g\u00e9ant bas\u00e9 sur les objets trouv\u00e9s et recens\u00e9s \u00e0 Gilbard et ses alentours. Cr\u00e9ant ainsi un documentaire de zoom dessin\u00e9. <\/span><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">Son inspiration a \u00e9t\u00e9 tir\u00e9e de Gilbard et de son fourmillement qui pouvait exister en son lieu. <\/span><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">L'\u0153uvre repr\u00e9sente cet espace qui lie lieu de rencontre, de passage, et o\u00f9 il existe une abondance de mat\u00e9riaux aux couleurs et formes vari\u00e9es entour\u00e9es de cr\u00e9ations et exp\u00e9rimentations artistiques. Afin de lier son \u0153uvre au public, L\u00e9o Gillet \u00e9tait \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent le vendredi 02 f\u00e9vrier lors d\u2019un atelier peinture. O\u00f9, petits et grands, ont pu peindre leur propre passe-t\u00eate et ainsi s\u2019impr\u00e9gner de son univers.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">Conception et production : @lelegillet<\/span><\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">NL<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">Sinds 19 januari neemt schilder en illustrator L\u00e9o Gillet de SAS de Gilbard over voor een kleurrijke tentoonstelling.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">Zijn werk maakt deel uit van een gefragmenteerd, ultrakleurrijk en genereus verhaal in de vorm van illustraties, stripverhalen, sculpturen en tapijten. Met zijn werk probeert hij de charme van een zekere banaliteit bloot te leggen door zijn omgeving te verkennen en thema's als natuur, folklore, feest, onhandigheid, spel en kitsch aan te snijden.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">Om vat te krijgen op SAS, bedacht en cre\u00eberde hij een gigantische hoofdband op basis van voorwerpen die hij vond en inventariseerde in Gilbard en omgeving. Zo cre\u00eberde hij een zoomdocumentaire.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">Zijn inspiratie kwam van Gilbard en de drukte die daar te vinden is.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">Het werk verbeeldt een ruimte waar mensen elkaar ontmoeten en passeren, waar een overvloed aan materialen is in een verscheidenheid aan kleuren en vormen, omgeven door artistieke creatie en experiment. Om zijn werk in contact te brengen met het publiek, was L\u00e9o Gillet op vrijdag 02 februari ook aanwezig voor een schilderworkshop. Jong en oud konden hun eigen passe-t\u00eate schilderen en zich onderdompelen in zijn wereld.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">Ontwerp en productie : @lelegillet<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-size: 16px;\\\"><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">EN<\/span><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">Since January 19, painter and illustrator L\u00e9o Gillet has taken over Gilbard\u2019s SAS to create a vibrant, colourful exhibition.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">His practice is rooted in a fragmented, highly colourful and generous narrative, expressed through illustration, comics, sculpture and even rugs. Through his work, he seeks to reveal the charm of a certain kind of everyday banality by exploring his surroundings and addressing themes such as nature, folklore, celebration, clumsiness, play and kitsch.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">For the SAS, he imagined and created a giant face-in-the-hole board based on objects found and catalogued at Gilbard and in its surroundings, creating a kind of illustrated zoom-in documentary.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">His inspiration came from Gilbard and the constant activity and movement that takes place there. The work represents this space as a meeting point and a place of passage, where an abundance of materials in a wide variety of colours and shapes coexist with artistic creations and experiments.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">To connect his work with the public, L\u00e9o Gillet was also present on Friday, February 2, for a painting workshop. Gillet, artiste peintre et illustrateur, s\u2019est appropri\u00e9 le SAS de Gilbard afin de fournir une exposition haute en couleurs.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">Sa pratique s\u2019inscrit dans un r\u00e9cit fragment\u00e9, ultra color\u00e9 et g\u00e9n\u00e9reux se pr\u00e9sentant sous forme d\u2019illustration, de bande dessin\u00e9e, de sculpture ou encore de tapis. Il tente \u00e0 travers son travail de r\u00e9v\u00e9ler le charme d\u2019une certaine banalit\u00e9 en explorant son environnement et en abordant des th\u00e8mes comme la nature, le folklore, la f\u00eate, la maladresse, le jeu ou encore le kitch.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-size: 16px;\\\"><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">Pour s\u2019emparer du SAS, il a imagin\u00e9 et cr\u00e9\u00e9 un passe t\u00eate g\u00e9ant bas\u00e9 sur les objets trouv\u00e9s et recens\u00e9s \u00e0 Gilbard et ses alentours. Cr\u00e9ant ainsi un documentaire de zoom dessin\u00e9. <\/span><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">Son inspiration a \u00e9t\u00e9 tir\u00e9e de Gilbard et de son fourmillement qui pouvait exister en son lieu. <\/span><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">L'\u0153uvre repr\u00e9sente cet espace qui lie lieu de rencontre, de passage, et o\u00f9 il existe une abondance de mat\u00e9riaux aux couleurs et formes vari\u00e9es entour\u00e9es de cr\u00e9ations et exp\u00e9rimentations artistiques. Afin de lier son \u0153uvre au public, L\u00e9o Gillet \u00e9tait \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent le vendredi 02 f\u00e9vrier lors d\u2019un atelier peinture. O\u00f9, petits et grands, ont pu peindre leur propre passe-t\u00eate et ainsi s\u2019impr\u00e9gner de son univers.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400;\\\">Conception et production : @lelegillet<\/span><\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">NL<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">Sinds 19 januari neemt schilder en illustrator L\u00e9o Gillet de SAS de Gilbard over voor een kleurrijke tentoonstelling.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">Zijn werk maakt deel uit van een gefragmenteerd, ultrakleurrijk en genereus verhaal in de vorm van illustraties, stripverhalen, sculpturen en tapijten. Met zijn werk probeert hij de charme van een zekere banaliteit bloot te leggen door zijn omgeving te verkennen en thema's als natuur, folklore, feest, onhandigheid, spel en kitsch aan te snijden.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">Om vat te krijgen op SAS, bedacht en cre\u00eberde hij een gigantische hoofdband op basis van voorwerpen die hij vond en inventariseerde in Gilbard en omgeving. Zo cre\u00eberde hij een zoomdocumentaire.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">Zijn inspiratie kwam van Gilbard en de drukte die daar te vinden is.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">Het werk verbeeldt een ruimte waar mensen elkaar ontmoeten en passeren, waar een overvloed aan materialen is in een verscheidenheid aan kleuren en vormen, omgeven door artistieke creatie en experiment. Om zijn werk in contact te brengen met het publiek, was L\u00e9o Gillet op vrijdag 02 februari ook aanwezig voor een schilderworkshop. Through his work, he seeks to reveal the charm of a certain kind of everyday banality by exploring his surroundings and addressing themes such as nature, folklore, celebration, clumsiness, play and kitsch.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">For the SAS, he imagined and created a giant face-in-the-hole board based on objects found and catalogued at Gilbard and in its surroundings, creating a kind of illustrated zoom-in documentary.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">His inspiration came from Gilbard and the constant activity and movement that takes place there. The work represents this space as a meeting point and a place of passage, where an abundance of materials in a wide variety of colours and shapes coexist with artistic creations and experiments.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\\\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\\\">To connect his work with the public, L\u00e9o Gillet was also present on Friday, February 2, for a painting workshop.
