Ce projet, mené en partenariat avec l'Institut de la Vie et les usager·ère·s du Pot'Albert, est né d'une démarche de concertation avec le voisinage du Square Albert. Ensemble, nous avons imaginé un nouvel espace de rencontre et de convivialité aux abort du jardin partagé du Pot’albert.
Le projet s'est développé en trois étapes : une première phase de concertation avec les habitant·e·s pour identifier les besoins et les usages, suivie d'un atelier de formalisation et de conception, avant de conclure par la fabrication et l'installation du mobilier sur le site.
Le mobilier a été réalisé exclusivement à partir de matériaux de réemplois sourcés directement via la récupérathèque de Gilbard et/ou via Batiterre.

Dit project, gerealiseerd in samenwerking met L'Institut de la Vie en de gebruikers van Pot'Albert, is ontstaan vanuit een participatief traject met de buurtbewoners van het Albertplein. Samen hebben we een nieuwe ontmoetingsplek ontworpen aan de rand van de gemeenschappelijke moestuin van Pot'Albert, bedoeld om ontmoeting en samenleven te stimuleren.
Het project verliep in drie fasen: een eerste participatieworkshop met de buurtbewoners om de noden en het gebruik van de plek in kaart te brengen, gevolgd door een atelier voor de uitwerking en het ontwerp, en ten slotte de bouw en plaatsing van het meubilair op de site.
Het meubilair werd volledig vervaardigd uit hergebruikte materialen, afkomstig uit de Récupérathèque van Gilbard en/of via Batiterre.

This project, developed in partnership with L'Institut de la Vie and the users of Pot'Albert, emerged from a participatory process involving the residents of the Albert Square neighbourhood. Together, we envisioned a new space for gathering and social interaction alongside the Pot'Albert community garden.
The project unfolded in three phases: an initial consultation workshop with local residents to identify needs and potential uses, followed by a design and development workshop, and finally the construction and installation of the furniture on site.
The furniture was built entirely from reclaimed materials sourced through Gilbard's Récupérathèque and/or Batiterre.
